Gee, the weather was great over the weekend, in more ways than one. Took two of the grandkids to the Phizer Fantasia at the Equine Affair in Columbus, Ohio. We all had a great time!! Lots of laughs and fun! My daughters little four year old stayed three nights with us, and he just has the best time running around the farm. We went to the show for part of our 8 year old grandaughters birthday present as she loves the horses. She stayed all night on Friday also. I called my son in the morning and told him that we were working outside all day and doing farm work, hauling manure and cleaning stalls, etc. If he did not want Courtney around this he was to come and get her. Not only was she allowed to stay all day, but the daughter-in-law came over with the other three for the whole afternoon!!! Around all that horse hair and manure and -pneumonia!!! She let the little ones go out into the barn around all the dust and manure that we were hauling!!!! That was on Saturday, and yesterday, the little boy who supposedly got pneumonia from the horses was just fine!!! So, maybe things are coming around!!
