why not try to lose weight the healthy way, that is by finding out what is your best nutritional choices, and do them... and walk 2 miles or something similar every day...
it works for everyone who disciplines themselves and sticks to it till they reach their desired weight...
I know, I lost alot of weight once and thank goodness there wasn't a Dr. around who would give me a rx for diet pills, and I hated how the over the counter drugs made me feel, all ill and out of whack!

no wonder you haven't accomplished your desire, you were going about it all wrong... so good luck in your endeavor to get healthy, but there really is only one way to do that, and that is in a healthy way!
