i was exually abused from the time i was 12 to 2 years ago. i knew the guy that did it i tried to tell my parent but they looked the other way i think they knew but kouldnt mange it happening to someone in the family. due to this im not able to sleep well of the nightmares and not able to be arund people motly guys im allways afraid they will hurt me again. Im eaking help but afraid to talk about it to my couneslor i feel sad nd weak it too me 8 months to trut my couneslor and open up more.
