i did it! I cant believe its over. He brought a lawyer who asked the prosecuter to talk to me and we negotiated a No Contact order- so I have my job and he cant work there! I told the prosecuter and detective about how he had stuff in his background check he was hiding because we work with school kids - so now I am still working and he is out and I didnt even have a lawyer!
It was a little scary when the prosecuter came to me and ask to talk cause I watched him all morning with other defendants and he talks SO FAST just like on TV- but then i got it that he was on my side duh. . he made quicjk work of the guy. The moral is i want a new stigma to go with mental illness= that WE CAN go to court and be heard and treated right. Thank you for your interest and kind thoughts- Now i can really go back to bed and SLEEP for a nice nap.
