Last night I went out to a bar and brought a guy home, and slept with him.

I feel so horrible. I dont know why I do these things, I miss my meds, or I take too many, not caring what I do.

How do you handle these impulses?

I'm Dx'ed bipolar I and i have mixed episodes.
