Don't give in - you can do this !

You deserve to be happy and heal and your T can help you with that - there is hope - there is a road to healing and you are already on it - have already worked so hard -

YOU CAN DO THIS there are a lot of people here to support you until you can talk to your T - see if there is a helpline you can ring and talk to someone - call a friend - if your religious speak to your priest, pastor, chaplain , rabbi, - whatever they may be called - but know this - YOU CAN DO THIS - P7
