the first thought i had was boy can i relate to how you're feeling! i used to have long periods of this agonizing state of mind. so sorry you are going through one of those times too. do you have a pdoc or T? the pdoc could adjust your meds if he/she thought that would help break the chain of depression/mania you're in.
when i'd get like this a long, brisk walk would definitely help. i realize just getting out of your own front door may be difficult but if you can use a crowbar..JK..and head on out it will probably help all the symptoms you are experiencing. i found when i was like this i couldn't really focus on any calming exercise like reading so physical exertion was the best solution for me.
