i have the same problem that has been addressed here with obsessional thinking. i get a thought in my head about something, and i can't seem to get rid of it!! i also worry about things tremendously, and this makes me paranoid and will start the schizoaffective symptoms now and again.

i had been told once the zoloft can help control it, but i have never seen evidence of this happening. as far as i know, there are no meds which will control OCD. but i could be wrong.
