I will respond in more detail later, but I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. I used to get this like CRAZY and it drove me crazy. It bothered me worse than the obessions that came with compulsions. These were worse for me because they are harder to satisfy. They do not come with instructions on how to quiet them for a moment. You are not alone. I had this much worse in the past than now, but still have a small degree of it, AND at least 2 of my cousins who have OCD, had this issue, as well. After searching for it online, I did find others with the same prob. Yet, it is not spoken about as often in articles, is it?
