i am sorry u are so sad. i know what it is like to want a mommy and not have a mommy. i am sending you some love and hugs

do you have a stuffed animal or blankie to hold when you feel sad or upset?? can you talk to the adult part of you and ask her to help you?

i would help you if i lived where you do, but i don't live there.

hang on, sweetie it will not always be sad, it will get better.
