I saw pdoc today. I know she will not write me a note. She says I need to face this and get studying.

She told me to write down a list of things I should study. She also bumped up my Risperdal. I said I've been feeling nauseous, lots of dry heaving. I wasn't sure if it was anxiety or if it was physical.

Ugh, i'm stressed. There is also a bus strike here.
