Hi Curiosus,
I dont think there is such a thing as a "perfect therapist" - there are some that we can be more connected to and be more honest with than others and I think that's like shoes, sometimes you try a pair on and you know after a little work they will fit, othertimes you put on a pair of shoes and they fit straight away.
I have seen 4 Therapists - the first two didnt fit - the third one was great - he helped me to say what I needed to say when I went blank - but he got sick - now i occassionally see another one (no4) when things get too much - she is good but I cant tell her some things that I am thinking
Sometimes I think we may read too much into a glance when we are anxious - do you think this could be the case ? on the other hand the first time I spoke to my T3 on the telephone to make an appointment with him I knew I could trust him from a 2 min phone call - it's very confusing - take Care P7
