Thankfully I am not diabetic in any way, so that is a plus for me. I will try the heat/cold switching. I wasn't sure if one was better than another, so I didn't want to try until I had an idea of what I am dealing with!

I did get some inserts from a store that the Dr recommended. They work pretty well. He gave me an air cast that has a 'bubble' of air under the arch of my foot and another 'bubble' near my ankle. It helps keep my foot from stretching all the way out and it works amazingly well. I just love it!

I am going to my Dr on Monday so I will talk to her about Aleve, Motrin, etc and the combination with ALL the meds I am currently taking. I didn't realize that they could have such an impact depending on what they are taken with, so thanks for the heads up!

I really appreciate you taking the time to explain all of that to me. I hope you are feeling ok with everything you are going through physically.
