Hi heatherinturmoil,

Welcome to PC. I surely understand what you are speaking of and I can well imagine it's difficult for you. My thoughts are that in order to find that "perfect" mate, one must really work on themselves first....get themselves to a place of self worth, good or at least better self esteem, and working hard on the issues one has BEFORE you can find that man of your dreams. If we don't work on ourselves first and foremost, then we cannot expect another individual to fix us or to be everything we need. If we don't work on ourselves, then our needs change too quickly and sometimes we don't even really know what we need (or really want)...how can someone else know it and fix it for us??
