i read this in some finnish guy's blog that he wrote on his 2 month stay in north carolina, here are some of the positives that he listed:

- good traffic, automatic gears
- friendly people
- food
- cheap clothes, cheap gas and cheap living in general
- weather
- new york subway (lol)
- people you don't know saying hi

i've only been in florida apparently, as a child so i wouldn't know.
