Since I've been to a few European and Eastern European countries, I'll add to the list -

1. Real sit down bathrooms - not the Turkish toilets!!!
2. Lots of choices in many things
3. More accessible government (ie: Motor Vehicle/Unemployment/etc etc)
4. More accessibility for disabled
5. Better employment laws

Just some things that came straight to mind
