I accidentally gave T a portion of my journal entry that wasn't meant for her eyes.... I was in a rush and pulled excerpts from my journal I keep on my computer and pasted them into a blank document for my T...I was in such a rush i didnt fully check over the excerpts before I printed them and handed them to her...I just realized this morning what I'd done...the portion I MEANT to take out was about my tendency towards substances. She knows about the alcohol but she doesn't know about the other stuff. I figured she doesn't need to know because I don't think I have a problem (I do realize that I take them outside of their intended purpose, but I don't seek them out I don't do anything outrageous to get them...if I have them i have them, if they are within reach I will take them)...sigh I dont know what to do. I am so stupid. In the future I have to remember to pull the excerpts the night before so I have time to check it over...Now she is going to analyze this and read waaay too much into it. She's probably going to want to dump me..I want to call her up and tell her to throw it out, but she probably already read it...OMG I am sooo stupid! I dont know what to do. I definitely dont want to go back next week. I think I am going to call and cancel
