I am going thru a big med adjustment too. I'm being taken off of Tegretol & put back on Depakote. The tegretol makes me have low salt levels. I was losing weight finally now I have to go back on Depakote. So i'm joining a gym. I don't want to gain weight but something has to fix my brain. It's hard, but I'd rather be sane than go thru what I've been going thru. I've had two hospital trips in as many months.
