I have great sympathy with your feelings, and maybe a slightly different take than the other posters so far. Back in my youth (a little while ago) I knew a whole load of people (mainly girls) who got desperately hooked up over pop stars and did some crazy things, including actually fighting with each other, breaking into dressing rooms, threatening overdoses, all sorts of stuff.

As far as I could see, the only chemicals working with them were hormones, and I don't remember any questions about mental health. It is just possible that you are going through something like that. It's a thought.

A useful question might be, do you have any other obsessional behaviour, or is your obsession just connected with this particular person? I'm just thinking that you don't need to talk yourself into a diagnosis if it's not really the fundamental problem for you.

Im only obsessed with this particular person its the only issue that i get "crazy" about doing weird things.I can go without a diagnosis,I just wonder if my problem is unheard of.
