I think therapy would help you! For me, 2 years plus a few months and I am still dealing with doubts as well. My therapist hasn't kicked me out yet, although I am sometime tempted to kick him! LOL
In all seriousness, I think it is a good idea for you because you are already reaching out and it seems that you are ready to talk about and explore what's keeping you stuck inside. We are our own worst enemies, aren't we?
