Well, first you have made a giant step by coming here and asking for help, life is worth living, though at times it seems doubtful. As polar-bear said, is there a counselor at school you could go to? How about a relate you're close to, and aunt, uncle, cousin or even a grandparent, they might want to help and they won't tell your parents unless they feel your in danger. How about a friend or are you close to your friends parents, if you are they could also be a good place to go. You really need to find someone who will listen to you and guide you, but you do have this group that will be here to listen and to advise if and when they can.
Again life is worth living and you can alway PM me if you need to talk, I will try to help because I alway felt trap growing up too and had no one to talk to. At 49 I still feel that way, but that's because I was always afraid to tell someone or acknowledge the fact that I had a problem with depression. So congrats. on making that big step and things will get better in time.
Hugs
Cindy
