A couple of days after the conference, I asked my boss to send me the latest version of the presentation, because new info was added on the day of the seminar. He sent it to me, and I've forwarded it to a whole bunch of people who attened the seminar. It wasn't until yesterday that I realized my boss sent me the original version that had mistakes in them, such as the wrong phone number. I should have checked the presentation before sending it out.
The emails have my name on it, so people will know how incompetent I was. Sending out a correction notice, in my view, will only point out my mistake in neon. Now I have a huge job of contacting the people making sure they got the email. I guess I'll have to admit what a stupid, incompetent I am.
