About back pains, while medicines are important to solve the crisis, pain has a couse, which resides in how bones and muscles and other tissues work. This can only be corrected with special gym. I have back pain sometimes, due to scoliosis, but it improves dramatically when I practice. It would never subside if I stay still. Did you try it?

Ah, my favorite Italian, I'm not like your very best friend, I do get out. It is more that I should be more socially involved but I have my cocoon where I'm safe and it is a hard shell to break.
I have spinal stenosis in my lower back which in the last 4 years has gone from significant to severe. The disc's in my lower back are slowly wearing away. And of those left there is moderate disco bulging.
Since I'm an elderly frog of little brain I guess I'm suppose to be willing to sit around all day watching TV or playing computer games. This is not who I am but more what I must become in order to survive.
According to one article I read I need to learn "Salsa" dancing so I can improve my core muscles. Oh yes I can see the frog of little brain salsa dancing around PC.
Thank you for your concern
