I would only add that there is hope. Jme, but when I feel overwhelmed is when I feel there is no hope that anything will get better. With the help of a good T, perhaps you can prioritize what needs to be done...feeling you have some control can be very helpful.
Most of us here at PC have walked through the hell you are going through right now.
