I think an aspect of it Ryan is to control your environment in the ways that you know to not trigger cycles. We are bp, we will have cycles. But the frequency and severity of them, I believe, is within our control much of the time. It's important to always create a soft place to fall when cycling down. Use the manic energy to your advantage to create the environment that works for you. If I can be of any further help please let me know.

On another note, I've been following your posts for a while now. I think your are just about one of the most compassionate men I've ever come across. I hope our paths cross more real soon. TgrsPurr.
