These kids headed out this morning. I'm not sure of the temps today but yesterday the wind chill was -45 degrees. Have you ever ridden a horse at a slow pace in the freezing cold? I have, and it was only for a couple of hours. My hands and feet were completely FROZEN. My friend STILL laughs at me for the way I got off and walked after getting off that horse. I was afraid my feet and legs would shatter into pieces. 
I'm impressed with the way they are showing their honor. They are giving, not taking. We tend to honor others by pampering ourselves with parties, food and gifts.
If you're so inclined, I'm sure they could use some warm thoughts and prayers.
