What kind of ADHD do you have?

I have overfocused ADD. I was diagnosed after having an EEG done by a Neurofeedback specialist.
My original reason for seeing him, was to help me with memory and concentration problems.
He said that people with overfocused ADD, have fast brain waves.
People with ____ADD have slow brain waves. (I can't remember the name of that type)
Anyway, the EEG showed I have fast brainwaves in every part of my brain.
I believe it! I get so caught up with all the thoughts in my head, I have trouble concentrating on what's going on outside of me. Sometimes, there could be someone pounding on my door and I wouldn't even hear it.
A big part of my OCD, is obsessing and ruminating. It makes sense to me that someone who obsesses has a lot of thoughts going on, so it makes sense that someone with overfouced ADD would have OCD and vica versa.
