I was told by my psychistrist and therapist that journaling would help with my anxiety and depression. I've started writing in a journal but would rather type in an online one. I'm considering my own blog but most of my entries would probably be about anxiety and depression but hoping that I would also find the desire to write about other issues probably not even related to psychiatric troubles. I thought maybe it would help deal with anxiety. I just really hate to write and thought typing into an on-line journal or blog would be the way to go. Any suggestions of a website or blog? Thanks.
