Have you tried getting her to open up by playing one of her favorite games, coloring, etc? Sometimes I do "bear talk" where we each have a bear and just talk about what is wrong. And don't forget to remind her that the others are there for her also. Perhaps one of them could reach out to her. I have one peep that will only talk heavy stuff to one of my others.
If nothing else works just trying rocking her and let her cry on your shoulder.
