I have an on-line journal at another website, bodies under siege, which conceptually is like PC only dedicated to self harm. It's in a private forum that only members can see.
It's funny when I started therapy I swore I would never journal, but I started the on-line one in 03. I go in fits and starts about how regularly I write. But it's interesting to look back and compare where I am now to where I was then, particularly in respect to my drinking.
I also like that it's interactive and other people can post replies and leave feedback.
I also feel typing is just more comfortable for me than writing with a pen and paper - besides my handwritting's lousy.
