yes, keep up the good work!!!

I quit about 5 years ago and have been happy with that decision ever since, and I smoked a long time also.

I started with the patch, then they changed the patches adhesive, and I was getting irritated... but it did help reduce the nicotine for the withdrawl part.

The rest was pure decision. I picked the date. That was that!

Slipped one cigarette - a few drags 2 years ago - in Vegas, lol, but I grubbed it - which I never did in my life, and knew I was walking away from it... actually, I did not even enjoy it. Nope, it tasted yucky, lol.

So, that's my story, Hope you feel that you can do it. You are strong.
Heck, you were strong enough to smoke that much and live, you are strong enough to not smoke, and really start living, right?

No more out-of- breath?
No more smelly clothes?
No more smelly breath and hair?
No more distractions to go and smoke?
No more coughs?
No more feeling funny that you do smoke in todays world?
No more health issues from smoking?

Yup.. sounds good huh...

Just a few points to keep you going..lol.

Go get that surgery and you will be healthier, happier, and untimately, funnier!

Peace and Love,
Night
