I've kept a journal for years and found it to be of great help. As my hands worsened from the RA, I switched to Word, which I back up on occasion so I don't lose years of growth.
Now I use the PC blog/Word Press, and find it very useful.
Writing about other topics than psychiatric problems is wonderful...
it's great when we are in a good place and able to concentrate on something else.
