I've called my therapist "Dear" or "Darling". Hehe.
My previous T has had an "oops" on the phone with someone after talking to them for several minutes she was getting ready to hang up and said "Ok, love you, bye bye" hung up and was like OOOOH! She talked to her daughter the call before that and did it automatically.
