i can't think of anything else that anyone else has already said...there must be something that has triggered her or she wouldn't be so upset...maybe something happened to her during this time of year that triggers her and she is scared...the important thing is to just be there for her, and explain to her that you aren't going to abandon her or throw her out...it's important to know that for a 5 year old...believe me...i know...abbi
