Thanks for the response......yes, I am going to speak with my pdoc tomorrow regarding the issues with the lamictal. My GP is working on the thyroid concerns at the moment (not quite sure if any of this is related to eachother). Unfortunately, after all these years on meds, I should have expected some long term problems. Oh well.......I do think stopping the lamictal is helping the ringing........it may only be on one side now.........but it also may be just wishful thinking. Thank you again for your help
