Hopefully you are seeing a good therapist and working on integration. After "I" learned we were "we" my life took a downward spiral. I felt like my head was about to explode with 28 different people floating around in there. It was only after integration started and we starting journaling that things began to "corral-up" so to speak.
Even after integration of 11 peeps we still feel lonely so many, many days. Perhaps misunderstood is a better phrase. Wefeel your pain.
