Ditto on the Bag Balm. I think you can get it at a variety of stores. My neck of the woods carries it at Fred Meyer, among other places. Several others have mentioned Burt's Bees, which I'm a huge fan of. I'm a big fan of anything with natural fats and oils, though. Granted, I'm not old enough to have skin needing extra TLC, but I do have sensitive skin and have struggled finding the right balance between gentle and moisturizing.
