I have been diagnosed with ADHD since I was a child. I still don't feel like I have a good grip on it though. I have also recently discovered that I am OCD. Anyone out there dealing with this combo. I hear it's fairly comon bc the areas of the brain involved with ADD and OCD often overlap. Any good books out there you would rec (ADD)? I'm way more ADD than OCD by the way. My ADD is off the chart. I'm taking an SSRI for some mild depression associated with...everything I guess...and I hear that an increased dose will often help with OCD; any one experienced this?
