I don't think it's so much "fight it" and it is to examine it and adjust your environment and activity accordingly. There is the overall ebb and flow we must accept as part of our nature. The waxing and the waning that is inevitable. But the severity of it is something we may be able to manipulate some. Hope this helps. xo TgrsPurr.
