Thanks everyone and thank you so much for the links, I'll write them down and have a look at them when I get chance. The library is a good idea, it will get me out of the house too.
I think some wires have been crossed somewhere though... I don't have any children (not a single mum)... I work at a school with young children and I think I mention it's the kids there that keep my spirits up... they really do, I love having something to look forward to and to get up for.
I'm not at risk of anything... I hate people worrying and I think that may be a reason I'm unable to open up about my problems. I feel like I'm digging myself a big hole.
