You can't help everyone especially if you don't help yourself hon. I know it's hard. Can you find someone to babysit the kids for an hour? Get out of the house and just go sit somewhere--a mall, a restaurant, anything. Kate, you need to call someone, a therapist for you--if nothing else it would be time for you.
