My pdoc says I'm in the midst of a mixed-moderate (296.62) episode & is adjusting my meds. I also go to indiv. therapy & dialectical behavioral therapy as I had an overdose 1 1/2 yrs. ago when I was hypo manic for about 5 mos. (loved that & ddin't tell pdoc--didn't know it was dangerous) & then suddenly dropped into a deep depression. So these episodes are to be addressed as they can be dangerous.
