What are everyday strategies you use to fight your symptoms? Not looking for advice on medication as have chosen not to take that route. Looking for practical tips on how to get more focused and organized.

Also, what about relationships with partners, friends and coworkers? What are ways to improve them and become more aware without going on medication?
