When mom and I were at the doctors this morning, as we left he stopped my mother and handed her an envelope and said merry christmas pam.

Well on the way home she opened it and there was a HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL inside!!!! From the doctor!!

On top of that, salvation army came with a bunch of presents for jeremy, a 50 dollar card for zellers, and a 75 dollar grocery order at the local grocery store.

And i got twenty dollars in a card from friends of the family.

I am in awe and almost tearful. Makes me second guess that thought that this town is kind of snooty. They certainly seem to be making an effort to help.
