There's a 'TEST..' alright and it's the test of a lifetime with mental illness..or depression.....finding that appreciation...of who you are deep down...is sooo hard to come by.....it can be found here at PC...the more you write the more you express yourself.......as far as being devoid of confidence......voids and or empty spots in life can be met found and healed...they have in my life..................................to some extent more or less...self actualization is an ongoing process..until we leave this cruel world on to a more humane place
