The holidays are hard. For those of us who struggle with bipolar they seem to bring a double whammy. I am single so don't have a partner, but I know that my friends struggle with my moods with me. Those that I am very close to I tell how I am feeling and they in turn help me to keep on track. They don't always understand what I'm going through, but a couple of them are there for me. I hope you have a good Christmas despite the depression. Hang in there!
