If you're taking it exactly as prescribed, then no in my opinion that does not make you an addict. But if you start to take more than prescribed or start taking it just to get a high, then that's a sign that you're abusing it.
I don't know about tamazepam specifically, but some drugs are addictive - meaning that even if you take them exactly as prescribed you can become physically dependent on them. The benzo's are notorious for this. So if you do decide at some point to go off of it, be sure to talk to your doctor about how to taper safely.
