i'm sorry you're having such a rough time. i can relate, even though i don't have it even half as bad as you do, but time is also a blur for me too. i think it means that a lot is going on/changing and then happens something that's called "rapid-switching".

but keep on going... i agree with leslie & pixies & everyone here. seems like things can only go up.
