Checked the website and, as Katheryn said, it's a social networking site and you register for an account.
http:// corp.tagged.com/ has information on contacting them; left side under contact info.
Report to them what's happened and they can shut down the account--after they investigate to see who did it.

Do you have security software on your computer?
When I visited the site none of mine alerted me, although that doesn't necessarily mean it's a safe place.

Also, does your email account enable you to report abuse/spam?
