I know how you feel, to scared to live to scared to die. Consumed by fear feeling everything you do is wrong. It hard in such a state to do anything as your enveloped in a darkness that leaves you inert wanting to just curl up in a ball & have the world go away. I pray for you to find a light & the strength to endure untill able to get into life again. I have often felt as you do now & can tell you your not alone in this. Hang in there it does get better.
